We are already helping Ukrainians to escape from conflict.

Meet Anna

Anna fled her home in Gostomel in her pajamas, with her husband and 5-month-old baby girl by foot. As they ran through the forest they saw their apartment building burn. They were helped to reach the Polish Border and sent to Germany where they are being housed by a family. Her husband had to say goodbye to Anna and the baby at the border. He has to stay and fight to protect Ukraine. Anna does not know when or if she will see her husband again.

After this tragedy, Lidia decided to flee to safety to protect her son. She left on a train and made it to the border. Lidia had no funds, no food, and no shelter. Lidia received food housing, transport, and a small amount of money for necessities. She was directed to a host home in Germany.
